Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, and late arrivals can affect my schedule and other clients, the following policies apply:
Cancellations
* 24+ hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee.
* Within 24 hours of your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
* Within 2 hours of your appointment: A 75% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
No-Shows
* If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Late Arrivals
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* If I am still able to accommodate your appointment, your service may need to be modified due to the remaining time. This may mean no nail art/designs and a solid color only, if time permits.
* Please arrive on time so you can receive your full scheduled service without modifications.
